Job Description
Keystone Human Services is seeking Advanced Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves teaching, coaching, and supporting individuals to have everyday lives, including meeting new people, developing friendships, and maintaining employment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors or dual diagnosis of intellectual disability and mental health
  • ODP recognized DSP certification or ability to be enrolled, pursue, and obtain a certification upon hire
  • Effective communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
  • Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
