What You Will Do
Advise clients on complex transactions involving intellectual property licenses and collaborations, support strategic M&A transactions, and draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property transactions, technology licensing, or related practice areas at a multi-office law firm
- Focus on life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, required
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex license agreements and commercial agreements involving IP, technology, and data assets in the life sciences sector
- J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) required
- Advanced scientific training such as a graduate degree in life sciences, chemistry, biomedical sciences, or engineering preferred but not required
- USPTO admission preferred but not required
