Advise private equity firms, technology and software companies, consumer brands, and other sophisticated clients on transactions involving intellectual property, technology, data, and brand assets.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property transactions, technology licensing, or a related practice at a leading law firm.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex license agreements and commercial agreements involving technology, software, data, and brand assets.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property and technology transactions.
- Experience with M&A, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, carve-outs, divestitures, or investments preferred.
- Experience advising clients in technology, software, consumer retail, media, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI technologies responsibly and ethically.
- J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent.
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) required.
Benefits
- Anticipated salary range: $260,000–$365,000 annually
