Intelligence Reports Officer

The Intelligence Reports Officer will support our client in Arlington, VA, by retrieving and disseminating agency reports, reviewing investigative records, and preparing intelligence reports. The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include retrieving agency reports, reviewing investigative records, preparing intelligence reports, and maintaining records. The role also requires strong briefing and oral presentation skills.

Requirements

• US Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to obtain an agency clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience or eight years of relevant experience without degree
• At least three (3) years of experience in all-source analytic human intelligence (HUMINT) collection
• Experience working in the federal law enforcement, Intelligence Community (IC), or Department of Defense (DoD) communities
• Familiarity with DoD and/or IC intelligence reporting standards
• Experience and knowledge using DoD and/or IC analytic tools and databases
• Four or more years of experience reviewing, editing, and writing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to quality standards
• Strong briefing and oral presentation skills
• Ability to work well with teams under minimal supervision
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communications skills
• Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deadlines
• Experience with CHROME or HOTR is preferred but not required
