Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a large team of intelligence targeters in support of a high-visibility customer mission. The ideal candidate brings at least 8–10 years of experience as an targeter or intelligence analyst in the U.S. Intelligence Community, along with a successful track record of leading and managing teams of 40 or more personnel.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (must be active)
  • At least 8–10 years of relevant experience as an intelligence targeter or intelligence analyst
  • Proven experience managing a large workforce (40+ personnel) in a high-tempo environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior customer leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and professionally develop staff
  • Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
