Job Description

Requirements
Occupational Lead for SOOs, CMOs, Cyber Technical Analysts, Linguists, and other representatives performing intelligence operational support and analytical work.
Supervises and organizes work on a variety of ops and analysis teams supporting multiple stakeholders.
Recommends innovative management ideas and solutions related to Cyber Analytics and Intelligence Operational Support.
Plans, prepares, and executes tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements as well as analyze/report test results.
Provides guidance and mentoring on the writing of cables and finished production.
Supervises overall operation of and quality control for a 24/7 shift of intelligence operations support personnel
Identifies gaps in billet coverage on program and helps to align new candidates with those positions
Review of candidate resumes, interview and screening of candidates.
Responsible for candidate assignment, performance assessment, mentoring, and for helping to guide a large workforce (over 50 FTE).
Responsible for interacting with a wide range of senior stakeholders, taking their requirements and providing support to fulfill those programmatic needs.
Serves as a key player in the program management office (PMO) of a large program (over 200 FTE).
Provides advanced guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel.
Supervises and reviews timecard, expense reimbursement, professional development requests, recognition drafts, and other submissions by team leads and team members.
