Job Description
Join the Wayside team and empower youth and families by providing care planning and coordination of services for eligible youth under the age of 21 using the Wraparound model. Develop skills in Motivational Interviewing, Courageous Conversations, Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC), and Trauma Informed Practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of direct experience working with children, young adults, and/or families
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
