Role OverviewWayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a dynamic Bachelor's Level Intensive Care Coordinator at our site in Framingham/Waltham. We provide a supportive culture that is team-focused and places value on healthy work dynamics.
What You Will Do
Provide care planning and coordination of services for eligible youth under the age of 21 using the Wraparound model consistent with System of Care philosophy. Facilitate Care Planning Team meetings and coordinate multiple services/supports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, and at least 1 year of direct experience working with children, young adults, and/or families.

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
