Job Description
Mentor Behavioral Health is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to provide essential services and ensure quality care to individuals and families. As an Intensive Case Manager, you will develop Individual Service Plans, meet with individuals and family members, and participate in rotational on-call system providing emergency coverage and crisis intervention support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and exercise sound judgment
  • Adaptable with ability to problem-solve
