Role OverviewThe Interim Assistant Principal will support the school's leadership team in providing a high-quality education to students. The role requires a valid California Teaching Credential and at least three years of experience as a teacher lead, instructional coach/mentor, lead counselor, or an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of supporting student achievement and growth, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex student data.
What You Will Do
The Interim Assistant Principal will be responsible for analyzing complex student data, identifying trends, and creating action steps to lead to student growth. They will also be expected to quickly digest and create documents for the school community, as well as communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Requirements
- Valid California Teaching Credential (Single Subject or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential preferred)
- At least three years of experience as a teacher lead, instructional coach/mentor, lead counselor, or an administrative role
- Valid California Administrative credential (or currently enrolled in an administrative credential program)
- At least four years of teaching or school guidance counseling experience
- Proven record of supporting student achievement and growth
- Strong organizational, student management, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Google Apps
- Ability to analyze complex student data and identify trends
