Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Attorney to support our Financial Services client for a 6-month engagement. The candidate will support product development and commercial initiatives for the Commercial and Payments legal team, focusing on regulatory and commercial negotiations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include advising on regulatory, risk, and commercial implications for money transmission and virtual currency initiatives, drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in payments, product development, and/or financial services, SME expertise in state money transmission licensing (MTL) and virtual currency frameworks, and experience with various legal platforms.
