Job Description
We are hiring an Interim Director of Staff Development (DSD LPN/LVN) to join our team and help ensure our staff is trained to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as LPN/LVN in the state
  • Knowledge of, or training in, adult learning or previous training experience
  • Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
