Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to backfill a critical role and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements. This individual will play a key role in managing Time and Attendance operations, supporting payroll-related projects, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee payroll team activities for time and attendance processing across weekly and bi-weekly pay cycles for 5,000+ employees across multiple states. Drive the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of payroll processes and records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience in Payroll and Timekeeping operations, preferably in environments with 5,000+ employees
- Proven expertise in payroll compliance requirements and union-related payroll processes
- Strong proficiency in SAP (HR, Payroll, Benefit Administration) and ADP platforms (GlobalView, SmartStream, Vantage Time/eTime, SAP ECC)
- Deep knowledge of payroll tax and benefits, Time & Attendance systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure accuracy, and meet critical deadlines
