Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to help deliver our projects with the same rigor and creativity with which they're designed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The Project Manager will join the team creating branded, interior, amenity spaces for top housing developers across the country.
What You Will Do
Day-to-day management of the project team, project scheduling and financial performance, construction budget reviews, and value engineering efforts. The Project Manager will also assist in business development for new project work, including proposal preparation and interviews.

Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of interior architectural project types
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
- Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture & Consultant teams
- Experience negotiating project scope, fees and budgets, both internal and external
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
- Knowledge of construction details, building codes and accessibility standards
- Proficiency with Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Licensure is required – Architecture or NCIDQ
