Role OverviewThe Interiors Project Manager will join the Workplace Services team in the Real Estate Services division of DCAS, supporting the operations of the government of the City of New York. The team is responsible for space planning and management, acquisitions, sales, and other dispositions of City-owned real estate. The Interiors Project Manager will focus on space planning, design, and assessment of interior office space.
What You Will Do
The Interiors Project Manager will assist the Director of Workplace Services in managing and providing guidance to the unit's architectural staff, develop space planning and test fits, coordinate furniture and IT systems, and review project Scope of Work and construction documentation.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of satisfactory, full-time experience in the evaluation and layout of space in office buildings, garages, and other structures used for commercial and industrial purposes
