Job Description
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency is seeking an intermittent Laboratory Scientist 2 to conduct complex microbiological and chemical analysis of toxic inorganic compounds for effects on the environment and public health.

Requirements

  • 4 years of college or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in microbiology, chemistry, or a related field
  • OR 6 years of experience in microbiology, chemistry, or a related field and completion of undergraduate core coursework in a biological, chemical, natural or physical science
  • OR completion of Master of Science core program in a biological, chemical, natural or physical science and 2 years of experience in microbiology, chemistry, or a related field
  • OR 4 years of experience as a Laboratory Scientist 1 and completion of undergraduate core coursework in a biological, chemical, natural or physical science
