Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Supply Chain Intern to support critical operational workflows across procurement, inventory management, and logistics. The intern will partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions, improve process efficiency, and support continuity of supply.

Requirements

  • Analyze inventory levels, demand signals, and procurement data to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Support purchase order tracking, supplier communication, and on-time delivery performance
  • Maintain ERP system data integrity (item masters, lead times, vendor records)
  • Contribute to cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance analysis
  • Partner with production planning to align material availability with manufacturing schedules
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (lean, process standardization, cost reduction)
  • Document standard operating procedures and recommend workflow enhancements
