Job Description
This position will support the Ticket Operations and Ticket Services departments with day-to-day tasks, including administrative duties and interacting with other departments.

Requirements

  • Provide support to all areas of the Ticketing Department
  • Gain familiarity with and utilize the Ticketmaster system
  • Develop an understanding of customer accounts, billing, and ticket distribution
  • Work at all Carolina Panthers, Bank of America Stadium special events and PSL Owner events
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Walk throughout the stadium, which may include stairs
  • Lift at least 30 pounds
