Job Description
The New York City Comptroller’s Office is seeking interns for the Asset Management/ESG team. The team is responsible for oversight of the investment portfolios of the five New York City pension systems. The intern will assist with conducting due diligence of asset managers, monitoring asset managers, and conducting research and analysis of ESG policy and best practices.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program for the Fall 2026 semester
  • Assist with conducting due diligence of asset managers across asset classes
  • Monitor asset managers across asset classes
  • Conduct research and analysis of developments in ESG policy and best practices
  • Perform other duties and assignments as may be required
