Job Description
Genesis Energy, LLC is an affiliate of a publicly traded, master limited partnership headquartered in Houston, Texas. We provide critical pipeline infrastructure and marine transportation equipment. Our business includes production and marketing of specialty chemicals and onshore crude oil pipelines and terminals.

Requirements

  • Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to incidents and inquiries in person, via email and over the phone.
  • Guide remote users through problem-solving processes and procedures.
  • Provision, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Install computer peripherals and configure software for users.
  • Track inventory for IT assets, systems and software licenses.
