As our Internal Communications Specialist, you'll partner closely with executive leadership to craft authentic stories, elevate our CEO's voice, strengthen employee engagement, and showcase the people and culture that make Vacatia unique.

What You Will Do

Develop authentic thought leadership content, executive messaging, and storytelling across LinkedIn, video, and internal communications. Capture the stories behind Vacatia's people, culture, milestones, and business growth through compelling written, visual, and multimedia content.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, journalism, public relations, content marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt your voice for executive communications, employee engagement, and social media
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership, ghostwriting, or leadership communications preferred
  • Strong storytelling abilities with experience creating written, visual, and multimedia content across multiple platforms
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels for brands or executive leaders
  • Comfortable interviewing executives and employees, facilitating conversations, and capturing authentic moments through video and photography
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset, creative curiosity, and passion for building meaningful employee experiences
