Job Description
Responsible for cultivating loans through inside referrals, assisting in training and onboarding new hires, and supporting other loan consultants. Communicates with operations staff and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing and negotiates rates and fees.
Requirements
Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred
NMLS loan originator license required
Continuing education classes required by licensing authority
Continuing training classes required by the company to meet CFPB requirements
High School Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field
