What You Will Do
Proactively source and engage experienced construction professionals across the U.S., build and maintain a 3× qualified candidate pipeline for every open role, and lead outbound recruiting.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong outbound sourcing skills
- Experience hiring Project Managers, Superintendents, or skilled trades is a big plus
- Highly organised, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple roles at once
- Confident communicator who builds trust with both candidates and internal leaders
