Job Description
Westlake Financial is looking for an Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative to create and nurture relationships with dealers, increase deals funded, and grow business. The role requires a consultative sales and management approach, with a performance-based compensation package and high earnings potential.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales
  • 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
