Job Description
The Internal Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for internal repair orders, responsible for presenting and selling needed products and services to the Used Car Manager, while adhering to the manufacturer’s published maintenance schedule and requirements.

Requirements

  • Develop relationships, provide exceptional guest experiences, and innovate in the automotive industry
  • Partner with the Used Car Manager to generate and provide a complete and accurate estimate of repair
  • Maintain and schedule service appointments
  • Follow prescribed procedures for customer post-follow-up resulting in return visits, increased sales, and admirable CSI
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding of customer, company, and manufacturer information, as well as customers' vehicles and property
