Requirements

• Develop relationships with team members and customers
• Provide exceptional guest experiences
• Present and sell needed products and services to the Used Car Manager
• Partner with the used car manager to generate and provide complete and accurate estimates of repair
• Maintain and schedule service appointments
• Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up
