Job Description
The International Customer Accounts Specialist I provides full-service international account management for customers, with the ultimate goal of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Initiates the order entry process and coordinates international order management
Reviews customer proformas for special pricing and discounts
Contacts international customers regarding order revisions, product availability, order acknowledgments, shipments, and logistics
Maintains and develops own product knowledge and education through product training videos and offsite trainings
Performs tasks to streamline internal processes relating to order management and shipping procedures
