The role involves supporting external and internal partners, leading marketing relationships, managing operational tasks, and collaborating with a multicultural team. The position is located in our U.S. offices and involves working with other international marketers and internal departments.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include developing and reporting on lead generation campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts, managing budgets and forecasting, and collaborating with our in-house marketing agency. You will also be responsible for competitor and market research, building performance reports, and overseeing reputational risk.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in South Korea or solid track record of marketing to South Korean consumers
- Fluency in both Korean and English, written and verbal
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to perform quality control on Korean-language materials
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach to performance marketing
- In-depth local knowledge of South Korean culture and society
