International Recruitment Liaison

The International Recruitment Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between UCF Global and its global network of educational recruitment agents and partners. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with international recruitment partners to ensure successful student referrals to UCF Global programs.

What You Will Do

Serve as the main point of contact for prospective and current educational recruitment agents and partners, vet and process new agent and partner applications, coordinate virtual and in-person agent training sessions, webinars, and workshops, and monitor agent performance and provide feedback to optimize recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience working in international education, student recruitment, admissions, or a related higher education environment
• Experience working with international students, educational recruitment agents, or external partners
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
