Role OverviewThe International Student Success Coach - Upperclassmen serves as a consistent coach and resource for continuing residential undergraduate international students, with a primary focus on persistence, re-enrollment, degree progress, ongoing F-1 compliance, and successful navigation of ORU systems and campus life.
What You Will Do
Establish and build relationships with assigned continuing international students, support semesterly international arrival, orientation, and acclimation efforts, assess and coach students, track re-enrollment activity and degree progress, and ensure students are aware of academic, immigration, and emotional support resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Bilingual is highly desirable
- Prior experience serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) strongly preferred
- Must meet federal eligibility requirements to serve as a Designated School Official, including U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, as applicable
