Requirements

  • High School Diploma and enrollment at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Ag Business, Ag Economics, or a related field
  • Maintain a minimum 2.5 overall GPA
  • Enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student at the time of the internship
  • Previous work experience in financial industry is helpful but not required
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Evidence of leadership skills
  • Team-oriented, cooperative, and strong work ethic
