Role OverviewFirefly Aerospace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Fall 2026 Intern to join our Health, Safety & Environmental team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting HSE initiatives in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing and test environment while working alongside experienced HSE professionals.
What You Will Do
The intern will contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Firefly's health, safety, and environmental programs. A key component of the internship will be ownership of a strategic HSE project tailored to the candidate's background and interests.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in occupational safety, environmental management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing and test environment.
