Job Description
EcoRise seeks a self-motivated, highly organized, adaptable, and innovative individual with youth engagement experience for the contract position of Internship Coordinator. The Internship Coordinator will facilitate the EcoRise Green Careers Academy (GCA) Internship, a paid summer program for high school students.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and youth engagement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to social and environmental justice.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with high school students.
  • Must have a personal vehicle or alternative means of transportation for local travel.
  • Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that help represent and reach racially, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse communities.
  • Self-motivated personality with effective project management skills; attentive to details with keen aptitude for organization.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Canva, and Zoom.
