Role OverviewJoin Charter Schools USA as an Intervention Specialist to create a flexible program and classroom environment favorable to student learning and personal growth. This role will provide necessary support to students to ensure they meet their maximum potential, while assisting the Principal in providing a school atmosphere in which learning is of prime importance.
What You Will Do
Plans and implements a program of instruction, makes purposeful and appropriate lesson plans, presents subject matter to students, and assesses student strengths and weaknesses. Also, leads discipline enforcement, investigates problems of disciplinary nature, and recommends appropriate sanctions.
