Role OverviewAs an Interventional Psychiatry Technician, you will deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine treatments to patients in a supportive, clinical environment. This role combines hands-on patient care, clinical support, and care coordination to ensure safe, effective treatment and a positive patient experience.
What You Will Do
Administer TMS and assist with esketamine treatments, prepare and maintain treatment equipment, monitor patient responses, and document care in the EHR. Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient support.

Requirements
- 1+ year of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with patients experiencing anxiety and depression
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Life Sciences, Psychological Sciences, or a related field
- EMR experience preferred (NextGen/AdvancedMD a plus)
- TMS Certification; training provided within the first 90 days if not already certified
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated professionalism and comfort interacting with patients in a mental health setting
