We are seeking an Interview Clerk to answer phones, check messages, and perform general clerical duties for 20 hours a week. Must have good communication skills, customer service experience, and computer skills.

Answering phones and checking messages
Returning calls and opening and disseminating mail
Greeting and guiding visitors
Entering client data into database
Maintaining necessary files and records
Completing general clerical duties
Typing 35 wpm
