Role OverviewThe Children's School seeks a skilled and experienced coach to lead its intramural cross country team for grades 3-5. The coach will be responsible for teaching students the rules and techniques of the sport, observing students during competition and practice, and communicating with parents and the athletic director.
What You Will Do
Instruct students in cross country techniques, observe students during competition and practice, and communicate with parents and the athletic director. The season starts in September and runs through December, with practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have effective coaching techniques and skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of the rules and regulations of the sport. Experience as an athletic coach or assistant coach is preferred.
