Job Description
Join our team and help us welcome the world to Park City as an Inventory Clerk at the award-winning Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory locations and supplies for the Engineering Department, and will have the opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic and rewarding work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner
  • Perform room inspections and input into HOTSOS
  • Safeguard Westgate Resorts property and inventory
  • Responsible for the receiving, handling, and accounting of inventory stock
  • Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to engineering Team members
  • Maintain/update labeling system for each inventory item
  • Maintain no lower than inventory levels for each stocked item
  • Conduct weekly Inventory counts
  • Maintain inventory tracking system of caged power tools and or supplies
  • Organize and maintain all Engineering Inventory locations
