Role OverviewAs an Inventory Control Associate, you will support staff by maintaining inventory levels and working with management to identify problem areas. This is a highly independent position that requires being proactive and having a strong attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Follow safety guidelines, deliver excellent customer experience, use computer software to order items, and monitor inventory. You will also be able to work independently and think quickly to answer customer questions.

Requirements
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and reporting preferred
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Retail experience preferred
