Role OverviewThe Inventory Control Clerk Floater will assume the responsibilities of the inventory control clerk role across multiple Illinois facilities within the organization. The floater will fill the gaps in the work schedules and rotate around different buildings.
What You Will Do
Performs physical counts of inventory items, counts and reconciles inventory discrepancies, accurately inputs inventory control data, and completes necessary documentation thoroughly and on-time.

Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and ensure compliance to inventory processes and procedures. Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in Inventory Control
- Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in warehouse environment
- Prior experience operating material handling equipment is required
- Order selector, cherry picker/high lift experience is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST HAVE A WORKING CELL PHONE (to receive daily work assignment)
- ABILITY TO START AT ANY RJW ILLINOIS LOCATIONS UPON NOTIFICATION
