Role OverviewThe Inventory Control Manager oversees and maintains accurate inventory levels across 5–7 Moon Valley Nurseries locations, ensuring product accuracy, efficient stocking practices, and strong organizational controls to support sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing inventory processes, conducting regular audits, developing inventory control procedures, maintaining real-time data accuracy, and identifying aged or damaged inventory for disposition or corrective action.

The ideal candidate has experience managing high-SKU environments, excels in data accuracy, and is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a nursery environment. Spanish bilingual ability is a strong plus.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or operations
- Maintaining accurate pricing for all nurseries along with plant/tree merchandising
- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations
- Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with high-volume SKU environments
- Proficient with inventory management systems, POS, and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the LA region
