Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience
  • Ability to perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion
  • Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to interface well with customers
  • Solid understanding of all RFN functions
  • Ability to understand and apply fundamental mathematical calculations
  • Effective communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability and organizational skills
