Role OverviewThe Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining production and inventory transactions within Freshpack's ERP system while supporting inventory accuracy across the organization.
What You Will Do
Enter production consumption, production quantities, and inventory transactions into the ERP system, review production documentation for accuracy, reconcile inventory transactions, and investigate discrepancies.

Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years relevant experience in inventory control, manufacturing, data analysis, logistics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn ERP systems and other business software
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees across multiple departments
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
