Inventory Control Specialist

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will maintain accurate inventory records through hands-on cycle counting, discrepancy research, ERP reconciliation, and data analysis using Excel and Power BI. You will spend significant time in warehouse and production areas, work with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues, and lead the year-end physical inventory process.

What You Will Do

Perform cycle counts of assigned inventory, research inventory discrepancies, lead the year-end physical inventory process, and use Business Central, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to monitor inventory accuracy and identify trends or recurring issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred but not required
• General computer skills and the ability to enter and review information accurately in an ERP system
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel between company locations
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
