Role OverviewThe Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
What You Will Do
Maintains layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, studies records, recommends remedial actions, reviews records for accuracy, schedules work, prepares composite reports, traces history of items, issues written/oral instructions, assigns duties, and oversees inbound associates.

Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, physically count articles, utilize computer terminal, experience with WMS software, and working knowledge of Inventory Control practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in Inventory Control
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment
- Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
- Working knowledge of Inventory Control practices; KPI reporting, Coordinating Cycle Count programs, Product rotation
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database
