Job Description
We are seeking a Yard Coordinator to support our Construction Machinery sales team by managing the organization, staging, and delivery readiness of new and used equipment and work tools.

Requirements

  • Log, tag, and reconcile daily received equipment and work tools
  • Store equipment and work tools in designated yard locations
  • Stage equipment and work tools for service and sales preparation
  • Maintain an organized and safe yard at all times
  • Prepare Equipment for Sale
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits
  • Track and maintain accurate equipment locations
  • Provide equipment photos to sales representatives
  • Locate equipment for sales team
  • Show equipment to customers as needed
  • Deliver equipment and work tools to customers for demos and retail sales
  • Deliver equipment to Mustang Cat stores for display
  • Maintain delivery logs and required paperwork
