Role OverviewThe Inventory Cycle Count Specialist will be responsible for manually or mechanically moving materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated temporary staging or storage areas in the facility or to/from trucks and trailers. They will conduct daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and verify transactions.

The Inventory Cycle Count Specialist will perform various material handling duties, interact with shipping and receiving personnel, and verify the accuracy of shipments. They will also investigate inventory variances, maintain a clean and neat work environment, and perform daily cycle counts.

Requirements
- Three months' experience as a material handler
- Ability to read in English and accurately interpret documents
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Ability to operate a computer and use word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Ability to qualify for and obtain a fork lift operator's license
