Role OverviewAs the Inventory Lead, you'll help protect inventory integrity across the Distribution Center by keeping counts accurate, investigating discrepancies, and making sure inventory processes are followed consistently. This is a hands-on Lead role that requires you to work alongside the team, serve as the go-to resource for inventory questions, and help prioritize daily inventory work.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading daily, weekly, and cyclical inventory counts, researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or inventory control environment
- Experience with cycle counting, inventory research, or inventory control processes
- Working knowledge of inventory control practices and cycle count processes
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld inventory scanners
