Inventory Management Specialist

As the Inventory Management Specialist, you take ownership of keeping stock records accurate, managing inbound receiving, and tracking inventory movements. Based in Dallas, Texas, you play a vital role in ensuring materials flow smoothly across the supply chain, resolving discrepancies, and driving efficient warehouse and production operations across North America.

What You Will Do

Manage up-to-date and accurate inventory records in SAP, execute cycle counts, investigate and resolve inventory variances, monitor inventory transactions, and assist in generating inventory reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior experience in 3PL management or a similar Inventory Management role
• Advanced Excel skills with prior experience analyzing complex data
• Proficient in SAP and Power BI
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Effective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
