Role OverviewThe Inventory Planning Supervisor provides day-to-day operational leadership to the Inventory Planning team, ensuring adherence to inventory policies and disciplined execution of planning activities. The role is accountable for driving operational consistency, coordinating resolution of execution issues, and leading inventory-related projects and process improvements in support of service, cost, and working capital objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Planners to achieve best-in-class inventory planning performance across assigned RDCs and packaging types. Ensure consistent execution of inventory planning activities in accordance with established inventory policies, targets, and planning guidance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, either through direct people leadership or leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions, prioritize effectively, and coordinate issue resolution with immediate business impact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems such as SAP.
